A modern and chic designer apartment in an old Hong Kong block. While it was a completely new renovation, we kept the original floor and windows to retain some of the memory.

A 3-storey holiday house located on a prestigious golf course in Mainland China.
Whilst elegant and chic, the design featured low maintenance finishes and flexible spaces for various guest arrangements.

This apartment is located in a luxury condominium in the centre of one of Kuala Lumpur's main hubs.
With one of KL's best skyline views, the design was all about the orientation toward the view, and a strong, elegant base to appreciate it.
The design, features beautifully rich materials. Natural timber veneers, Greek open cut travertine, luxurious gold anodised sanitary wear and dark wood floors. Rare white Ipoh marble was source locally to give the apartment a connection to the country. Delicate Japanese washi paper layers feature walls, balancing the raw travertine.
The apartment was integrated with a smart-home system giving the owner vocal and wireless control over the lighting, environment and security.
