A modern and chic designer apartment in an old Hong Kong block. While it was a completely new renovation, we kept the original floor and windows to retain some of the memory.

A 3-storey holiday house located on a prestigious golf course in Mainland China.
Whilst elegant and chic, the design featured low maintenance finishes and flexible spaces for various guest arrangements.

The TKO Residence project involved the improvement of a new apartment in Hong Kong. The owner's were a young couple who wanted their apartment to reflect their identity, whilst providing customised functionality to suit their lifestyle.
The project involved modifying the typical Hong Kong apartment layout, into a 1.5 bedroom "flexible" arrangement, eliminating corridor space and maximising the efficiency.
Conceptually, Metagram based the design on "layered space" - each consecutive space separated by a series of hidden sliding doors and each space highlighted with a different colour arrangement or material, like layered screens.
The overall atmosphere is light and airy. A significant quantity of storage cabinets were added and the light coloured timber helped to lighten the appearance.
